Where are you located?

Generally we are based in Muskoka. Specifically our office is located in Bracebridge.
Will my location be subjected to a travel fee?

We service a wide area. The green area is NOT subject to a fee. From there we charge a small feel that scales depending on distance. For more a accurate quote. Please contact us here Info@maplehomecleaning.ca or give us a call at 705-801-9063.
Can you use green/eco-friendly products for my clean?

Of course, we have a solution for every cleans needs. When booking your clean over the phone let us know you would like us to use natural /eco-friendly products! 😊
What is your cancellation policy?

You can make cancellations 48 hours before your appointment. We charge a $65.00 cancellation fee for late cancelations made under 48 hours before appointments.
How long will my appointment take?

Clean durations are variable based off the size of the job and requires services. All time estimates are rough estimates. Our team is committed to making sure we take care of all your time related needs. E.g. If a 6 hour job for one team member needs to be done in 2 hours we will send more team members to ensure we make your deadlines.
